We strive to make every experience with us seamless and satisfying, but we get it—sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we’ve created this Refund Policy to outline how we handle refunds for our services and products in a way that’s fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

1. Refund Eligibility for Interior Design Services

Our interior design services are custom-made to suit your style and needs, delivered with care across India and Kolkata. We want you to be thrilled with the results, but if something’s off, here’s how refunds work for our services:

  • Consultation Fees: Paid for an initial consultation but decided not to move forward? No worries! If you let us know within 7 days of the consultation, we’ll refund the full amount—no questions asked.

  • Project Deposits: For bigger projects, we ask for a deposit to kick things off. Once we start working on your design, this deposit becomes non-refundable because it covers the time and effort we’ve already put in. But if you cancel before we begin, you’ll get a full refund of your deposit.

  • Completed Projects: Since our projects are personalized and involve detailed planning and execution, we don’t offer refunds for completed work. That said, your happiness matters to us—if you’re not satisfied, reach out, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Your service agreement will include specific payment and cancellation details, which pair with this policy to keep everything crystal clear.

2. Refund Eligibility for Home Decoration Products

We love curating home decoration products that add charm to your space, available for purchase on our website, www.agointeriordesign.com. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s what you need to know:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If something arrives broken or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either send a replacement or give you a full refund—your call!

  • Change of Mind: Not feeling the vibe of your purchase? You can return it within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s unused, in its original condition, and still has all tags and packaging. We’ll refund you once we receive it back.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products: These items are made just for you, so they’re non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Heads up: return shipping costs are usually on you, unless we sent you something damaged or incorrect.

3. How to Request a Refund

Getting a refund is straightforward—here’s the process:

  • For Services: If you qualify for a refund on a consultation fee or deposit, just drop us an email at info@agointeriordesign.com or call 8001417272. We’ll process it within 5-7 business days.

  • For Products: Ready to return a product? Follow these steps:

    1. Reach out to us at refund@agointeriordesign.com within the allowed time (7 days for damaged items, 14 days for change of mind).

    2. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.

    3. Send the item back in its original condition.

    4. Once we’ve received and checked it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you used a credit card, it might take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Prefer an exchange over a refund? We’ve got you covered! Just follow the product return steps above and tell us what you’d like instead. If the new item costs the same or less, we’ll swap it out. If it’s pricier, we’ll ask you to pay the difference.
